Super Duplex UNS S32950 fasteners are high-performance, corrosion-resistant components designed for extreme environments, featuring a balanced ferritic-austenitic microstructure with high chromium (24−27%24 minus 27 %24−27%), molybdenum (2.5−3.5%2.5 minus 3.5 %2.5−3.5%), and nitrogen. They offer exceptional resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making them ideal for offshore, marine, and oil/gas applications. 

Duplex Steel UNS S31803 (often referred to as 2205) fasteners are high-performance, two-phase ferritic-austenitic fasteners offering superior strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. They provide superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion compared to standard 300-series stainless steel. These versatile fasteners are commonly used in harsh marine, chemical processing, oil & gas, and pollution control environments. 

Duplex Steel UNS S31803 (often referred to as 2205) fasteners are high-strength, two-phase (austenitic-ferritic) stainless steel fasteners featuring excellent resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. These fasteners provide superior corrosion resistance in marine, chemical, and oil & gas environments compared to 300 series stainless steels, with roughly double the yield strength.
